CELEBRATING OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

"Frank Papa's Ristorante" was established April 27, 1994. It started with inspiration from Frank's Grandparents, Salvatore and Genevieve Papa. Frank has many memories of home cooked Sunday dinners at the restaurant they owned near Baden, Missouri.  After attending "Johnson & Wales Culinary University" in Rhode Island, coupled with 17 years of cooking experience with inspirational chefs and lots of help from family and friends, we finally got the chance to live Frank's dream.  His own restaurant before he was 30!

Frank met Diana while she was managing a travel agency next to Dominic's Premio Restaurant where Frank was Chef. Together we have made a fun, family atmosphere at home and work.  We have two sons, Frank Salvatore born in November of 1992 and Anthony Douglas born in February of 1996.

We are proud to say we have kept this a family restaurant with our nephew and Chef Rob Duerscheidt joining us in February of 1995.  And we boast that 9 of our 27 employees have been with us for 5 years or more.

We renovated in 1997 and added a beautiful lower level with dine-in Wine Cellar.  We offer casual fine dining, catering and private party availability. 

Our cuisine encompasses a wide variety of Italian flavors ranging from northern to southern Italy.  Our goal is to give you traditional Italian cuisine with an American flare of creativity and style.
