“Frank Papa’s Ristorante” was established
April 27, 1994.
It started with inspiration from Frank’s
Grandparents, Salvatore and
Genevieve Papa, as a young child growing
up in their restaurant.
After chef school at “Johnson and Wales
University” in
Rhode Island, coupled with 17 years of
cooking experience, and lots
of help from our family and friends, we
finally got the chance to
do it for ourselves.
We have two sons, Frank Salvatore born in
November of 1992
and
Anthony Douglas born in February of 1996.
And on occasion you may see Frankie or
Tony helping out in the dining room!!
We boast that 8 of our 25 employees have
been
with
us 5 years or more.
Our cuisine encompasses a wide variety of
Italian flavors ranging
from northern to southern Italy.
Our goal is to give you
traditional Italian with an American
flare of creativity and style.
